Best By Farr Dog Training

I’m so thrilled with the results of the training provided by Best by Farr! I have a 3 year old Goldendoodle named Pluto who was in desperate need of some training. It was at the point that I could no longer take him for walks because he pulled and thrashed around so badly. Pluto is now perfect on walks, as well as his other commands taught by Best by Farr. I think what really stands out with this company is the dedication to the training. You receive training sessions yourself to learn how to handle your dog after they return from camp. Those sessions are very comprehensive, and they ensure you thoroughly understand how to handle your dog. I also really appreciate that Pluto was assigned a female trainer since I am female. That way he was used to listening to commands in a female tone. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've had Ivy since she was 2 months old & did some basic obedience training with her during the first year of her life. She did well & still had the 'basics' down. But, it was time for her to grow a bit more in her obedience. So, in November she went to training with Chris & his team. I can't say enough good things about how she was treated & how much she learned! She's SO MUCH more well behaved & I attribute that to all the work she did with Best by Farr Dog Training!! She has everything she knows down... now, it's me who needs to improve & I'm also very happy with the coaching Chris provides me as her owner/handler. THANK YOU!

We got a female pit at 8 weeks old and while she is the most loving girl ever she definitely needed some training. We found Chris through a prior client who used him and it was the best investment we’ve made. We started with a week of puppy training at 6 months old and followed up with 3 weeks of training at the 1 year mark. And the difference is night and day. And I appreciate that Chris takes the time to train us as well so we can continue her training. Definitely recommend!

After having a bad experience with a previous trainer we were referred to Best By Farr by a friend. Right from the start we were impressed with their in home evaluation. We decided to schedule their boarded 3 week training. During the training we received regular videos and updates of our dogs progress and improvements. The drastic improvements our dog made were so clear in the videos. The most beneficial part of all of this training is they have you continue coming back to classes so as owners you can learn how to implement the training the dog has received! It is super clear that Chris loves what he does, he communicates so clearly the psychology of how dogs brains work. He has broken down the training so it’s easy for owners and their pets to understand. He doesn’t just teach you what to do, he also teaches you why you’re doing it. Which makes it so much easier to follow through with all of the training. We are By Farr going to use them again with any future pups we have!
