Annie was very patient with my reactive and non-confident dog. Since our dog is a COVID dog and didn’t get much socialization, we’ve had difficulty bringing her anywhere. After my session with Annie, I’m hopeful that the exercises we’ll be working on will give my dog the tools to be polite in public. Annie was accommodating and easy to communicate with and I’m looking forward to continue working with her.

As the owner of a highly reactive dog, finding the correct dog trainer is paramount. I had taken some swings and misses and was very near the end of my rope on my search. We took our two dogs with very different issues to Annie, and she instantly positioned herself as a subject matter expert which was evident in word and action. First off, she made all training interactive. This forced active participation on our part to ensure we were reinforcing the correct commands to the dogs. The lessons were broken into small manageable pieces. After some basics were reinforced, Annie gradually moved on to more complex training. We are at a point now that we are working on off leash training with e-collars. Having these dogs off leash did not seem like it would ever be achievable with these dogs, but here we are! It’s one thing to write about black and white progress with the dogs, but it’s quite another when I get to write about the personal side of Annie. My family and I have been dealing with some serious challenges outside of the dogs, and Annie has been such a blessing; such a breath of fresh air that she treats my wife with the utmost dignity and respect that she has become a confidant of the family. That human side interaction is rare in any business transaction. It’s a testament to who Annie is, how she conducts herself, and what other clients can come to expect.
