My four-year-old Aussiedoodle, Denver, who weighs 70 pounds, recently completed a five-week training program with Shyenne. I am astounded by the remarkable results Shyenne achieved with my dog. Denver had a traumatic experience when he was a puppy when he was attacked by another large dog. This incident resulted in concerning behavior when he walked up on a leash and approached other dogs that reminded him of his former attacker. He would bark and lunge at incoming dogs, making walking him a miserable experience. Additionally, he would become hyperactive towards squirrels, chasing after them and occasionally causing me to fall over. Shyenne was incredibly easy to work with. She demonstrated the correct ways to handle Denver, and everyone who knew him before the training is amazed by the positive changes. I am also truly impressed with Denver’s progress. He no longer jumps on people, allowing me to have company at home again. Shyenne was always responsive and kind to me and Denver. She was always a phone call away, and it warms my heart to witness the bond they have formed. She has become an integral part of our family, and I am grateful to have crossed paths with Shyenne. I cannot recommend her enough. Initially, when I was unsure about which training program to choose, I was tempted to opt for the boarding training, which was more expensive. However, during our initial introduction call, Sean convinced me to go with the program that would be more beneficial for Denver while being more affordable. It is evident that the company genuinely cares about the well-being of your beloved puppy, prioritizing their needs above all else.

I rescued a malinios mix from the middle of a busy road. After finding out she had no chip or tag, I took her home. After some time we figured out she had no one looking for her, but unfortunately she was not fitting in well at our house. She would jump and knock over our small children, did not respect the boundaries our 8 year old husky was setting for her, and worst of all was aggressive with our cats to the point she could not be loose in the house with them. It became a high stress situation that was affecting everyone. The dog, Desna, had meanwhile decided to devote herself to me and looked at me with stars in her eyes, and I could not bring myself to betray that love and take her to a shelter. That is when we found Beyond the Dog, and they sent over their miracle worker Shelby. I was highly doubtful it was going to be successful, but I had to try. It was a lot of work, but Shelby was confident, knowledgeable, and patient and helped us get through it. I can’t believe it, but Desna is now able to fit in at our house and fit in peacefully! It is truly nothing short of a miracle, and I’m so thankful I get to keep my new running partner!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Shyenne. Luna went from a puppy who pulled like crazy, was absolutely terrified of people and other dogs, terrified of trucks, and didn’t want to listen at all to being absolutely amazing on walks and in general! In just the five weeks of the program she has learned to perfectly loose leash walk and learned all basic obedience commands along with the fearful behavior nearly completely gone. She’s nearly perfect to the point I’d be comfortable having her off leash and she’s just 10 months old. Any dog training needs a lot of commitment and dedication from the owner to be successful. Shyenne gave Luna all the foundations to be successful and instilled great habits in both her and me. I couldn’t ask for anything more and now I feel more connected to my puppy than ever. We hired Beyond the Dog to help us with our new puppy. We had a great experience with them. Our trainer Shyenne did an exceptional job. The lessons were all well structured and efficient and she was friendly and worked well with our dog - he looked forward to the lessons. At the end of each week Shyenne would send a summary of the week along with key items to practice between lessons. Our dog has done great and has great obedience - especially given his young age. Highly recommend.
