About Big Paws of the Ozarks
Big Paws of the Ozarks is a dog rescue and training facility located in Northwest Arkansas. We offer high-quality, individualized dog training services to the public. All proceeds from training support our rescue efforts where we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome large breed dogs in our community. As a foster-based dog rescue, all of our dogs get to live in loving homes while awaiting their forever homes. Our physical location is used for our public dog training services and rescue operations.

his program is for the puppy owner who wants to give their puppy an amazing foundation of obedience for years to come! We encourage puppies to begin training after they've received at least 1 round of their puppy shots (around 8 weeks).

I highly recommend Reilly for training!! Indy and I did the Basic Obedience Package, and the difference in her from our very first lesson to now is incredible!! She truly is a different dog! She’s more focused, responsive, and her impulse control had improved tremendously!! The progress she’s made has made such a difference in our everyday life! I also feel like I learned just as much along the way! Reilly helped me understand Indy better, how she learns, and how to communicate with her so I can continue working with her at home! I’m so proud of how far Indy has come and truly so grateful for everything Reilly has done for both of us. The Basic Obedience Package was absolutely worth it, and we already plan on coming back for more training!!
Marshall was amazing with Peanut's board and train. With a personal medical emergency in the middle for the trainer we even ended up getting extra time. He kept me up to date on Peanut's progress and had a final 2 hour handover session.

We've had two sessions and they have been fantastic! Our instructor Matt is the best! We call him the Dog Whisperer at home. He's super knowledgeable and intuitive when it comes to our little Mia.
