"Sara and Sam did a beautiful job training our 3 year old Black Lab, who suffered from severe anxiety. After just 2 weeks, Annie has developed strategies for chilling, following commands for crossing door thresholds, sitting, staying on or in a place, traveling in her kennel, walking, and showing her manners around guests. Annie is now building even more confidence, is significantly less frequently reactive; and, is now more of a joy to be around, thanks to the expertise and depth of insights and experiences from her team, Sarah and Sam.

Ruthy, our 10 year old Coonhound, stayed for 2 weeks of board and train. It’s true, a dog is never too old to learn! Sara and Sam built up her confidence and she’s now so much calmer on walks! Her general “hearing” also improved a ton, at home and outside the house:) , the selective hearing is almost gone! Sara and Sam are very responsive, give daily video updates and no question stays unanswered! Highly recommended!

I brought my rescue husky to Big Sky K9. Sarah was so helpful and so knowledgeable. Within a few short weeks my Husky North was responding to commands and heeling perfectly! Not only that, the training gave him oodles of confidence! He went from being a fearful stray to a confident happy pup! I still message from time to time with questions and Sarah responds immediately! I am over the moon happy with their program and their service.

Sam and Sara are AMAZING! My lab/retriever mix, Samantha, and I went through the eight-lesson therapy program. Not only did we learn basic obedience, but we also developed working commands that allow my dog to have excellent behavior in public settings. My favorite is the "heel" command. This made walking her so much more enjoyable. After completing the program, Samantha and I are certified through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs- a process that we could not have done without Sam and Sara. I have been so impressed with the focus and time that they devoted to my dog and me during our one-on-one sessions. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to unlock their dog's potential. Samantha is now a much more pleasant dog than I could have ever expected. Thank you!

We worked with Sara and Sam for our Collie mix and they were amazing. Our dog lacked confidence in new situations and would nip people and go after dogs when they came into his space. We have tried other dog trainers in the area, and their methods didn’t seem to be as effective as Sara’s. They truly love your dog and constantly show affection towards them. We could clearly see an improvement in the confidence after just two weeks. I have never felt more confident in our dog’s abilities to handle new people/dogs/unknown situations than I do now. We have the tools and knowledge to help him feel comfortable and able to conquer the new situations. During the two week board & train, they sent daily videos and walked through what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how it will help when we got him back home. They are always available to answer any questions and do so with lots of detail. This was a great investment and I can’t recommend them enough!
