Blackbelt Retrievers

I am amazed with how my two dogs transformed from being out of control to calm and obedient. The everyday stress that we endured while walking them is gone. We are grateful to have found Blackbelt Retrievers. Additionally, I am a K9 Handler, and I was nervous to put my K9 in obedience training but Brandon was very mindful of my concerns. Brandon would invite me to participate in the training allowing me to demonstrate how I incorporate my K9 in law enforcement operations. Brandon meticulously made adjustments to his training approach specific to my K9 and the results were impressive as I observed the K9s response to commands. The significance of his achievement was how my K9 responds to the commands and still maintained her drive to pursue the presence of narcotics. Additionally, I appreciated the video updates of all three dogs and the prompt responses to any questions during my dogs visit to the Blackbelt Retrievers facility. Lastly, I appreciate the time taken to personally walk us through, with each dog, how to continue the training once we brought them home. Thank you Brandon, Emily and Anna for all your hard work.

We sent our Pudelpointer to Anthony to get ready for the NAVHDA Utility Test and couldn’t be happier. He really helped bring out the dog’s natural hunting ability while tightening up obedience, steadiness, and handling in the field. On top of that, he showed us new techniques that will make a big difference moving forward. The regular updates, pictures, and videos were awesome — we always knew how things were going and could see the progress along the way. No question we’ll be sending all our future dogs to Anthony. Highly recommend to anyone serious about hunting and testing.
