Can’t say enough great things about BlackBelt Retrievers! I sent my Golden Retriever, Sully, when he was about 10 months old for the Basic Retriever Program. Was thoroughly impressed with the multitude of updates Brandon and the team at BlackBelt Retrievers provided. You can truly tell the folks there have a passion for what they do. The progress Sully made from day one to the end was phenomenal and has me excited for the upcoming hunting season.

I grew up with these guys. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to gun dogs. My experience with Black Belt Retreivers has been nothing but great! Brandon and Mark have trained a couple dogs for me in the past that were very good at what they were trained for and 3 years ago I bought a puppy from there bloodline that I am super excited about. Jolene is one of a kind for sure!!

Did a fantastic job on my Labrador puppy, Molly! She was 9 months old when dropped off, and got her back 6 months later. She was a completely different dog in the best way! For a 15 month old dog, you would think she was much older based on her listening ability and calmness. These guys did an absolute amazing job on our dog and we could not be more pleased! She has turned into a wonderful retrieving and hunting companion for my husband! This was our first time sending a dog to school and these guys did not disappoint! From the moment we dropped her off and met everyone, we knew we had found the right place. These guys do an amazing job with these dogs and was absolutely wonderful with keeping in touch and sending updates via pictures and videos! Our little girl loved getting to see updates on her doggy! Highly recommend Black Belt Retrievers! 10/10 experience!

Leave my dogs in their care all the time and never had a problem. The people that work there are always friendly. Mr Mark makes scheduling an appointment very easy. Have heard very good things about there training program. Will board my dog there again!

We have friends who used blackbelt and their dog was so well trained, we knew we wanted to use them when we got our puppy. We sent our puppy to them when she was 7months old for 2 months. We have had her back now for about a month and it has been a very easy transition to continue her training at home. Mark and Brandon are very responsive and were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had with our puppy even before we started training with them. They gave us great practical advice to start with. They sent us videos and pictures anytime we asked while she was with them. When it was time to bring her home, Mark walked through all the commands and demonstrated everything we needed to know. We have been very pleased and would highly recommend blackbelt retrievers to anyone who is looking for a superiorly behaved dog.
