Here are some points: They took time during the consultation to really understand our dog's history, routine, and what we were hoping to get from the training. We were out of the country and couldn't attend the mid-training update. They were understanding and very accommodating, even sent us a video showing his progress and invited any questions we might have. When we picked him up and did our people-training, I asked a LOT of questions. McKenna deserves a medal for her patience and clear explanations when working with people like me LOL. Overall, at every point, everyone we worked with was friendly and professional and we never felt rushed. I'd be happy to work with them again! And the training was very effective for our dog, we've seen huge changes.
