Simply put..I am beyond SATISFIED and HAPPY with Anna,Bethany,and the rest of the team I'm probably leaving out... We have 3 dogs..2 Pitbulls and a Labrador..our 2 Pits starting fighting repeatedly, and more violently the past year..btw they r 10 and 7 years old...it got to the point our lives have changed to accommodate the dogs..no affection,emotions, touching, etc...or else problems occured..I was panicking, stressed, and really having a midlife crisis over my babies. After calling so many training facilities found in our area(northeast ohio),,I found a few who seemed legit,,BUT just felt so "business oriented",that I felt hopeless. I admit I glanced over BOSSK9 most likely due to the area..not being my first choice.. Well ,,long story short, if my Wife didnt call me so relieved after speaking with the owner Anna ,I would of felt hopeless.. She not only took all 3 of my dogs,her prices were extremely FAIR,(like extremely) and I noticed instantly, that this woman is NOT just about the money..she showed compassion and understanding towards my family,and situation and talked us thru everything clearly ...she kept our Pits an extra week without asking for anything!! WHO DOES THAT?? She DID!! And now it's not just peaches and cream,she did amazing things training them,where I am just amazed!!,but there is still a little tension between the 2 pits,,but what is even more amazing, is she dropped them off ,stayed with us and broke down a gameplan for us to have our lives back..she is coming weekly to help aid and assist our plan and after 3 days having my babies back,they r acting so night and day compared to before..my HOPE has elevated beyond words..I know this is a long review,BUT I simply can not express how GREAT working with this Small Business Dog Trainer has been, with just a few sentences..I can not and will not recommend any other provider other then BossK9..it broke me a little having to invest thousands into my dogs,but to give u an idea what you're getting with her,,after 2 weeks and seeing results and talking with her,I FORGOT about any money spent..I feel truly blessed my wife found them,and I can assure whoever is reading this review that you will feel the same ..so if you're like I was ,feeling like there may be no hope,or someone who cares and trains,,and can not weed out the fake reviews from the real ones,,please take my advice and just call her for yourself and give her a chance.. The trainers at this facility have changed my families lives. We have 3 dogs 2 of which were fighting viciously in the house and causing complete chaos and stress. Since first contact with anna the owner of bossk9 I have felt such hope for our dogs. We were honestly living a day by day with our dogs not knowing what may happen. Anna has changed all of that and has been so involved with every aspect of a plan for our family. I have to say that anyone who is in need of help with their dogs you should call. She went the extra mile for our family even keeping the dogs a extra couple days to assure they were were she wanted them to be in their training before coming home.i cannot thank all the staff enough the dogs are doing so well and I'm so happy to have Bethany and Anna a part of our lives in this process. I trust them completely with the well being and happiness of my dogs which is the most important thing to me. Love love love this trainer. She did wonders for my boy. He had many issues ..a few to mention were walking without him pulling me, jumping on me while waking. He also was running to the door when people would come over and he would jump on them, crowd them and wouldn’t leave them alone until HE settled down. Now he is calm and a completely different dog. I highly recommend Anna. I can’t believe the difference. Plan to board my guy with her as well when we go out of town. They do training with all the dogs while at the boarding place which is an added bonus!! Thanks for all you do. The Wilsons!

Boss K9 did an amazing job training my boerboel. We did a 3 week board and train where he learned on and off leash obedience. The staff there is so caring and cater to each dogs needs. They did a great job working on my dog’s food aggression. The best part is that once you train at Boss K9 your dog can board there. I feel so relaxed knowing there’s a place I can take my dog that he loves and will be well taken care of when I’m out of town. I met with many dog trainers in Cleveland before going with Boss K9 and their expertise and personalization of the training programs is unmatched. Can highly recommend them!
