Bow Wow Behavioral

I'm so happy I found Bow Wow! The team at Bow Wow are experts and really care.After just one session with Laura, my dog stopped barking at every small sound in the hallway. My anxious dog has always had a difficult time outside in the city, and Laura has made so much progress with him. In addition to training, the boarding care is excellent. I'm so happy to have found a place I can trust to care for my dog while I'm out of town, and the pick up/drop off service makes everything so easy.

After hearing nothing but rave reviews from around the neighborhood about Bow Wow Behavioral, my husband and I decided to take the leap with our new puppy and start training with them a few weeks ago. This has proven to be one of the best decisions we could have made for ourselves, and for our puppy, Sophie! Laura has been nothing but timely, considerate, helpful, and hands on in her approach to training, all qualities that have already bore great results in Sophie's learning and progress. We have found that the private, at-home element has aided in the comfort level of Sophie throughout the process, as well as has helped in establishing her boundaries within our home and space. The price of admission is extremely valuable, and well worth the results. I could not recommend Bow Wow Behavioral more highly to anyone looking to elevate their pup's game behaviorally, or to have their canine companion boarded in a safe, comfortable environment.

My experience with Bow Wow Behavioral has been exceptionally positive. I first had a training session Ty who stopped my Italian Greyhound puppy from eating me and the furniture in a single session, and I have since had a number of training sessions with Laura on leash behavior and recall prompts. Not only were these sessions effective but my dog Leah loves them both and goes a bit mad with excitement when they arrive at my home. I am a very happy customer.

We used Bow Wow Behavorial to address some training needs for our dog Rumi, who was ~8 months old. The 1 hr training sessions, that are conducted in your own home, are not only convenient but were super helpful in giving us the knowledge and tools we needed to adjust some of Rumi's behavior. After working with Ty, we immediately noticed a huge difference (no more barking when I'm getting Rumi's breakfast, much less counter surfing, etc). In the months since we've finished training, we still employ the tactics and training if needed and it always helps us re-center Rumi. Ty is a very nice, patient, and helpful trainer and he not only trains the dogs but more importantly the owners - which is critical. I would definitely use Ty again for future training needs!
