We left our 3 year old Shipoo here for two weeks of boarding with training. Upon return we immediately saw a difference. Our dog was very anxious and it was difficult to take him around other people. He is so much more confident now. I could not be happier! Everyone here was great!! We plan to bring our other dog!!

She needed some work following simple commands and we wanted the tools to get Ruby to a better behavior level. BTS K9 was super great from start to finish. From the time we booked online from Korea till we arrived at the front door to pick Ruby up from the 2-week board and training program, they were there every step of the way. The staff was unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, and eager to show us the way with Ruby. We have had her back for one week now and she is a new dog. I would highly recommend using this facility to train or even just board your fur babies for a long weekend. Thanks again BTS K9 for a wonderful experience. Mike Oser

I can't say enough good things about our experience. From talking through my concerns prior to setting up her training, to keeping us posted during and then follow up after, absolutely wonderful group of trainers. After picking up Daisy, she has been such a good girl!! She is progressing amazing to being a wonderful service dog and I am so grateful for this group walking with us through this process. I feel 100% more confident we will get to where we need to be now. Thank you guys for all the help and the partnership on the journey for her be amazing for my daughter! Looking forward to our follow ups!!
