Canine Coach Academy

Mikayla has helped my family tremendously with our anxious pups Stella and Bear. She came to our home for a series of lessons and by the first week we already started to see positive changes in our dogs. Stella now can walk on a leash without a harness and is able to be redirected instead of pulling us down the street. We also worked with her specifically on the place command, as our girl had a hard time with company inside our home and guarding certain food areas. We’re thrilled with the results and truly appreciate Mikayla’s direct but caring style.

Alyssa & Mikayla are incredible. River did the 2 week board/train program and came back a well mannered puppy! Some of the things we struggled with were pulling on walks, jumping on strangers & demand barking. All things he overcame with their training and I feel empowered with my take home lessons to continue enforcing his training. My favorite part was his e-collar training so that I can confidently take him on off-leash hikes - which he absolutely loves!! Alyssa & Mikayla provided so many updates/progress videos and are so quick to respond to any follow up questions I’ve had since training. Cannot recommend enough!

Mikayla trained our 1yr old Akita and what an impressive accomplishment! Our dog has become so obedient. She is listening to commands, walking off leash, not jumping on family members. It hs been a remarkable transformation. Our dog is still herself and loving and goofy she is just so much better behaved and for a 90lb dog we needed the training and guidance. Mikayla was amazing to work with. She has been there every step of the way even after trainings were completed. Highly recommend her!

Mikayla and Alyssa have both been amazing to work with. They’ve helped Reggie, a 9month old German shepherd/Aussie mix, make huge progress with his reactivity over the past few months through private lessons. He’s come such a long way since we started. Not only did they give us clear guidance on what to do, but they also taught us what to look for so we can continue improving on our own. I can’t recommend them enough—we’ll definitely keep coming back!
