Under Mikey’s guidance, Gigi quickly became more confident, calm, and well-mannered. Two years later, when we adopted our Golden Retriever puppy, Parmi, we knew exactly where to turn. Mikey once again worked wonders, helping Parmi develop excellent socialization skills and a calm demeanor that perfectly balanced his playful puppy energy. What truly sets Mikey apart is how he prepared our dogs for the arrival of our newborn baby. Thanks to his training, our dogs and baby are now best friends, bringing endless joy to our lives. This wouldn’t have been possible without Mikey's skill, patience, and dedication. His passion and deep understanding of dog behavior have given us the confidence and tools to maintain a joyful, balanced household. We can’t recommend Mikey and the Canine Confidence Center enough! What really stood out was Mike’s innate ability to establish a genuine connection and mutual respect with Gigi, making her excited to return every time. We started with at-home individual sessions and saw immediate improvement in Gigi's behavior and confidence, which quickly led us to establish a regular bi-weekly cadence at the Canine Confidence Center. From the more simple - introducing a new dog into our home in a way that works for our other dogs - to the complex - breaking bad habits like chewing furniture and excessive barking - Mike truly does “speak dog.” His approach to dog training is almost as impressive as his ability to teach us and other dog owners how to continue the training at home to make the lessons he instills long lasting.
