We founded Canine Country Academy in order to improve relationships between dogs and owners. We strive to show you and your dog how to better relate to one another using respect, communication and cooperation. Utilizing only positive reinforcement training methods, you and your dog will be treated with kindness, compassion and understanding. Rachel is great with our little guy Frankie. We feel very comfortable leaving him in her hands for the 2 week Board and Train. So thankful we found Canine Country Academy.

Initial Communication was all done virtually. Every time we called it was just to leave a voicemail for someone to text us back. We scheduled online for an appointment. The company had a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. On the way there we got into an accident and couldn’t make it. There was no one we could reach to inform them other than the usual leave a voicemail. The company would not make an exception for our emergency situation and just ask us to book another appointment if we want. We lost money for an appointment that we really couldn’t make it, and we get that they have a company policy, but we got into a emergency situation we couldn’t controlled and felt like we were just another number for them.
Rachel Emery was so informative during our assessment of our two dogs . She gave me good insight and guidance on how to integrate them, and I will definitely be looking to use their services I also found our park training session extremely help and I learned a lot .
We work with Rachel Anderson as a private instructor training our dogs for scent work. She is fantastic--so positive, understanding, and astute. Our dogs have made fantastic progress and we're all having so much fun!
