Hi Megan, what you describe as rude is simply me being assertive and saying it how it is. I don't sugar coat things because people don't take it serious. If I was so rude to you since day 1 why would you return and continue to finish the program? I wasn't judging your dog, I was making observations and educating our followers on the difference between anti-social versus social. Problem behaviors start as young as 3-4 weeks so him being 16 weeks doesn't matter and is not an excuse. You carrying him around like an infant doesn't help him and does him a great disservice so if you are continuing to do that, shame on you. In regards to the recap calls, the first one you rescheduled, no problem. You rescheduled the call and then my son was born a month early and Tina reached out to reschedule it well in advance as I was at the hospital from June 30th through July 4th. The 3rd and final reschedule you booked and never confirmed. Tina reached out via text, call, and email for two days and you didn't confirm until 3 minutes AFTER your scheduled time. You booked a time on my calendar and didn't confirm which takes time from another client. I hopped on Zoom once I saw you accepted and waited from 9:50 to 10:05 am to which you didn't show and simply wasted my time.

Well it's always nice when one of our pack all stars leaves such a kind review! Dante is one of a kind and we're so happy to have had the opportunity to work with him over the years. He is truly a special guy and taking care of him is always a pleasure. We don't think HE knows he's special needs since you guys do such a wonderful job getting him the training and care he needs to continue to be the happiest (and most photogenic) guy around.
