Canine State of Mind

Bravo Sasha! Thank you for nothing short of a doggie “transformation. “ When I put Koda in your care, I didn’t know what to expect, but I did know that all of the scattered discipline approaches we had tried for months didn’t work. Scolding, barking directions and rewarding with treats all seemed unnatural and ineffective. When Koda returned home from Canine State of Mind he was calm, in control, and able to just fold into our family routine. No more tussles. No more frustration. Sasha taught us how to provide a safe, consistent and natural environment for Koda. Now we get to relax and enjoy the benefits of having a calm puppy instead of being frustrated by a mischievous new puppy. Sasha will teach you everything you need to know, and everything a dog needs to be amazing with you and your family.

We have worked with Sasha with two dogs over the last five years. Most recently, she has helped us with our six month old Portuguese water dog puppy. He recently did Sasha’s three-week board and train, and it has been transformative for us! His behavior is far more calm and contented, and we have kept him on the right path with check-ins and tips from Sasha. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable, and we continue to learn from her as we enjoy our puppy.

Simply put - Canine State of Mind/Sasha is the BEST. She is a lover of dogs and understands them on a deep level. We did the Puppy program at the Farm where Sasha took our dog away for three weeks. He came back with bad behavior gone and good behavior elevated. Puppy biting and chewing - gone. Potty trained and wonderfully social with other dogs. Sasha makes sure that your dog is around her personal dogs, so a puppy learns how to be social. We LOVE our puppy and owe a debt of gratitude to Sasha for her excellent work with him. Use her if you can.

Sasha immediately brings a calming presence to our puppy, and our home environment every time she arrives! We enjoy her holistic style with our toy poodle, and truly look forward to building upon each visit. Our puppy struggles for power and a lot of attention, Sasha has been great Via text and phone calls helping to support us, but also dedicated her time to make the in home visits really count!
