Lonnie worked his magic with June! Her separation anxiety is leaps and bounds better than before she went to training! She really learned how to work through stress and remain calm. Her prey drive is also in check, she comes to alert me now when deer are in our yard rather than chasing them, and her recall is great! She is incredibly smart and Lonnie gave her the tools and experience to excel in life without getting in trouble!

Lonnie did a great job with our German Shorthair! He’s a goofy high energy nut but he was able to teach him recall, doorway manners and how to sit in place for over 30 minutes at a time. Even remaining in place when I leave out the front door and come back minutes later! Very proud of our boy and thank you Lonnie for helping us achieve a great foundation!

I was a little hesitant about sending my new puppy to training, but I’m so glad I did! Lonnie was great, and Tori was super helpful too. They made the whole process easy and really took the time to work with us.
I enjoyed it so much that I’ve decided to keep training with them and even get into sports, agility, and maybe some nose work. Can’t thank y’all enough!

We found Lonnie (Canine Texas) through our local vet. We needed a trainer for our anxious and nervy 4 year old Border Collie/Lab. Lonnie did an amazing job with Charlie in the 40 day program. Lonnie is very knowledgeable in his training skills and Charlie is now back at home with a new (relaxed) and disciplined kind of demeanor. We greatly appreciated the text updates, photos, and videos while at training!! We recommend Lonnie at Canine Texas to friends, family, and neighbors for a job well done. Charlie has been back for boarding several times and is happy to see Lonnie again and again!!
