Mrs. Haleh contacted me a few months ago looking for a different trainer, she informed me that she already had a deposit down with another trainer for both of her dogs. But she was not happy with their communication after she booked and paid a deposit.<br><br>I consulted her on the phone and the first thing I asked her was if her dogs are aggressive, specifically with people, she told me they were not. She told me about some of the issues she was having and basically the dogs do not listen to her. I did inform her that I do not accept any dogs with aggression issues and I am not a behavioral trainer and my programs are for pet obedience only. She acknowledged that and she paid a deposit for one of her two dogs. I then gave her instructions on what to do until drop off date and she was very thankful.<br><br>On drop off day Mrs. Haleh had both of her dogs with her and before they turned into my property they were aggressively barking at me from inside the vehicle. She first got Sue out on leash, and I took the leash and stood by while she got her other dog out to let them go potty since she drove a long way. While holding Sue on leash I tried to give Sue a treat and the dog showed its teeth and growled at me. I should of ended the contract at that point and declined to take the dog. I gave the dog a chance, I walked the dog back to the kennel with the owner and put the dog in a crate. I had my doubts and told Haleh that she should stick around town and see if I can even get the dog back out later for a break. I did inform her that if I cannot physical handle the dog due to aggression I would not be able to train her dog. She acknowledged and agreed with it.<br><br>The dog was showing signs of aggression that evening when trying to let it out. The dog was growling and biting at me through the crate. I informed Haleh of the issues and told her I would try my best to see if the dog needed time to settle down. She returned home at that point. The following day it was very clear the dog had aggression issues and would not let me handle the dog at all. At this point the dog needed to go outside and potty, so I carried the dog inside a crate out into one of our kennel runs where dogs go potty, it is 6’ fenced dog runs, the dog climbed out of the run and got out onto the 2 acre property, the dog did not get out of the main fence or off the property. We finally caught the dog and I made contact with one of our behavioral trainers who attends our working dog club. The trainer came out an she evaluated the dog and she felt confident enough that we offered Mrs Haleh to proceed with training with her. She agreed to have the other trainer take the dog home and start training.<br><br>The dog was already comfortable enough on the first night to let the female trainer handle him. The next day Mrs Haleh wanted to change the terms and length of the training contract, so I terminated the contract and sent Mrs. Haleh a partial refund to start, minus the deposit, at that time I still owned her $500 of the first payment, she infromed me to keep the additional $500 (outside of the deposit) for my troubles, I thanked her.<br><br>Mrs Haleh in talking with the new trainer informed the trainer that both of her dogs showed aggression on multiple occasions with men outside of her home, including vet & dog day care staff. Mrs. Haleh was fully aware that her dogs were aggressive towards men and she failed to disclose that upon booking training with me. Which would of disqualified her dogs from my program to begin with.<br><br>Mrs Haleh dogs have genetic dog aggression, there was nothing I could of done upon drop off and the 24 hours the dog was with me to change that.<br><br>Mrs Haleh picked her dog up and returned home and then left me a terrible review. At that point I contacted her about her review and how completely uncalled for that it was and that it was 100% false. A full refund was issued and she removed her original review only to leave this a month later for some reason.
