I've worked closely with Heather & if you are looking for a dog trainer who TRULY cares about you and your dogs, you're in the right place. She is the kind of trainer who will stand out from the rest. She is always willing to learn & grow so she can give the best training for dogs and their owners. That may sound rather simple but as someone who's been in the dog training industry for a long time, people like her are tough to come by. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our puppy training experience with Heather. We had one on one lessons at our home where she helped us with teaching our puppy Peach to look to us for direction. This helped build up Peach’s confidence. Heather was patient with us and went over many things to help us from crate training, eye contact, heeling, place, to the beginning stages of recall. Our goal was to start early before we created any bad habits that would be hard to break. We are grateful that we had Heather’s guidance because it gave us the tools to use to have a well behaved puppy. Thank you Heather!

My 9 and 10 year old dogs were great dogs….my buddies, my protectors, my companions all their lives. But chaos would ensue if anyone would come to the house, delivery people, mail carrier, rabbit in the yard….anyone/anything that invaded their space. I would shut them in the bedroom because I was scared they would hurt someone. Heather worked miracles!!! She immediately assessed they were not aggressive but scared and unable to regulate themselves. I’ve gone from jumping into action securing dogs and protecting “invaders” to calm, relaxed and, most importantly, happy dogs….tails wagging and happy to see people, no reaction to vehicles in the driveway, staying in place until released. I can’t recommend or thank Heather enough. This was life changing🥰. She proved it’s never too late with older dogs snd made my relationship with my pups better than I could have imagined💕

After two years of struggling with going to the vet, groomer, and just plain walking, we decided we needed help with our dog. Our vet recommended Cannon Canine Training with Heather Aziz. After meeting with Heather, we agreed to board-and-train for 30 days. We received daily communication and videos throughout the full 30 days. Heather gave us the tools and training to be successful with Sky. We also had follow-up lessons for questions, concerns, and more training. We would highly recommend Cannon Canine Training if you need help with your dog. We are so happy with Sky now! We don’t dread taking him to the groomer and vet, and he is a pleasure to walk with. We even take Sky to the Outlets in Gettysburg to walk and meet people. I wish we would have known about Heather within the first year with Sky. We are so happy!
