Champion K-9 Dog Training was wonderful for our two labs! Rick answered every question we had, brought every piece of training equipment we needed without charging more, and treated our pups and us like great friends right away! We scheduled in home visits and park visits weekly, had homework to keep up with to maintain the new skills, and focused on making sure we had dogs that made our lives happy. The training was geared towards our dogs, not canned training they were forced to follow. Rick knows so many ways to help them learn, we highly recommend him to train your fur babies!!

We did an in home dog training program with Rick and it was a great experience! We have a one year old Golden Retriever who is a great dog but had some bad habits (leash pulling, jumping all over visitors and constantly harassing them, not settling down in the evening, growling at my daughters in the car, not coming when we call her to come in from outside, and barking and growling at other dogs when walking in the park, and probably some other things that I've left off). I have been trying, but I didn't know how to teach her how to properly behave and get her to do the things that I wanted her to do. We contacted Champion K-9 Dog Training based on a friend's referral and I couldn't be happier with our custom program and progress. Rick worked with me and taught me how to properly teach my dog, and all of the unwanted behaviors were resolved. I was amazed at how well it all worked and how receptive my dog was to the training. She is now a model citizen, and we get compliments on her great behavior. She is still the same sweet pup after training, but now she's a joy for us and our visitors to be around all of the time.
