Champion K-9 Dog Training

We had a wonderful experience with Rick! We had our Rottweiler trained from 12 weeks-6 months. Rick was patient, knowledgeable, and made training easy to understand. He was very flexible with the schedule if things came up. Our puppy has made so much progress in a short amount of time, and we feel much more confident as dog owners. We got past the “puppy phase” and now have a wonderful connection with our pup. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and effective trainer!

Rick was fantastic to work with. I saw improvement with my dog even after our free consultation. I reached out to Rick because I needed help with my reactive dog (10 year old pitbull, named Attila) getting along with my boyfriend’s dog in preparation for cohabitation. Not only have we made immense progress in that regard (as you can see from our picture), but Attila is less anxious, healthier (Rick gave me tips on dealing with allergies, etc.), and happier. It did take patience, learning, and work on my end too, but if you have the will to put in the work, Rick will give you the tools you need, and show you the way to use them. I’ve never been prouder of Attila than I have been through this training. Seeing him grow, and be a happier, more well behaved dog made me so happy and the house is overall much more peaceful because of it! Rick is great with communication if you have questions or if there happens to be a change of schedule (winter weather pushed training sessions once or twice). It’s clear that he is a wealth of knowledge and wants to see you get the results you’re looking for. He was recommended to me by a coworker and I’d highly recommend him to anyone that could use some more peace and an even better relationship with your dog!!
