Rick and his team are incredible with dogs. They are genuinely compassionate, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about animal behavior, which makes them an excellent choice for reactive or aggressive dogs. Their attention to detail and understanding of each dog’s individual needs truly sets them apart. Ricardo worked with both of my dogs — a Maltipoo and a Blue Heeler. My Blue Heeler was extremely reactive and difficult to manage, and after trying multiple trainers and different methods without success, Ricardo helped us immensely. Thanks to his training, I can now confidently take my dog to dog-friendly places, and his behavior has improved dramatically. He also worked with my Maltipoo and incorporated trick training into her program. One of the most fun and unique things he taught her was a special command to retrieve ping pong balls during games with family and friends at our house. The quality of care they provide is exceptional. The staff is educated, experienced with all breeds and behaviors, and the training produces lasting, visible results with clear and easy-to-follow guidance for owners. My dogs are always excited to go to Rick’s and see the staff, which says a lot about how well they’re treated there. I also really appreciate the tailored care they offer during boarding and training stays. My dog absolutely loves the ball pit and pool activities they provide. I would highly recommend Rick and his team for any training needs, especially for reactive dogs.

I have used Ricardo many times over the years for dog training and he is by far the best trainer around! I’m pretty sure my Pitbull could be mistaken for a Golden Retriever at this point because he is so well mannered. Having young kids with large breed dogs can be especially challenging, but with Ricardo’s tools I can be confident my home is a safe place for both my dogs and my babies. Thank you Ricardo for all your help over the years. You are the best!

Words cannot express how much I am grateful for Ricardo and his team taking our five dogs while we went out of state for Thanksgiving. I was worried for a moment, leaving my dogs with someone new and especially finding someone to train them. Ricardo and everyone really put my mind at ease while I was in another state and getting those daily updates and seeing how much they’ve grown. They will definitely be back in the summer for more training as I feel like I have found someone that I can trust with my dogs. I know my dogs are very stubborn and scared of new people but they were very patient with them and really earn their trust. Thank you again guys again and will definitely see us again soon.
