Chill Out Dog Training

I cannot recommend this company enough! My dog, Mavis, was having severe reactivity toward bikes and people, and her behavior was only escalating despite the training I was trying to do with her. I came to Scott and Cameron with low hopes that they would be able to do anything that would make a difference, but after the 3-session package I can honestly say Mavis' behavior has improved so dramatically that I can comfortably take her on walks through the park past all of her former triggers. We worked directly with Cameron, and he provided lots of insight on use of the e-collar as a form of communication, methods of training for a reactive dog, and lots of encouragement. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially if you are feeling like you have already tried everything.

We met with Bridgette once for our pitbull who struggled with leash reactivity. This behavior seemed to come out of nowhere, and we were very concerned. He also had issues with leash pulling. After meeting with her, we saw insane improvements in our dog. He no longer barks and and gets upset at people and dogs on walks. His pulling has also mostly stopped. We will still have to work with him at home for a while before all of our concerns are corrected, but I am super happy with this service. It was money 100% well spent.

My husband and I did the e-collar package with 3 training sessions with Bridgette and it was one of the best investments we’ve ever made for our 2 year old border collie. Our dog was reactive on walks, lunging and barking at other dogs and our goal of having her off leash on hikes and at the park seemed unattainable. After 3 sessions, her behavior on walks has made a total 180 and we have made great progress on her recall and off leash behavior with a 50’ leash. Bridgette also gave us some great tips for working on at home behavior like jumping and barking at the mailman. We feel so much more confident and have the tools to continue working on behavioral issues on our own. Our dog is so much happier and more content as well. All around win win! Call Scott and change your life. Immediately. If I could give Scott (+ Abby who is a sweet baby angel) all of the stars I would. I was desperately looking at board and trains for my dogs anxiety, reactivity, and growing aggression (I couldn't even take him on walks anymore). But they're so expensive and I didn't love any of them so I was on Reddit looking for solutions... and everyone was talking about Scott at Chill Out Dog Training. I shit you not, this man helped correct my dog's biggest issue in the first 30 minutes 👀 I chose the 3 pack and e-collar option and I could not be happier. My puppy's quality of life has gone up dramatically; he's more confident, able to regulate, and even getting more cuddly in our downtime. This is cheaper than a board and train and you as the owner get trained too which is amazing. Scott made me feel comfortable and taught us both so much- call them. Call them now because everyone around me is asking why I didn't do this sooner. ❤️

From the very first session, it was clear that Cameron is not only extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior, but also has a real gift for teaching people how to apply the right techniques with confidence and consistency. Our dog Penny can be reactive, and we weren’t sure where to start, but Cameron’s calm, patient approach made a huge difference.
