Hi Elayne! Yes, we do train 10 week old puppies. Puppy training focuses on crating/potty training, vocabulary (intro to obedience), and how to stop common puppy misbehaviors (chewing, mouthiness, etc.).

My biggest issue was that I could not have anyone come into my home. Quinn would become very protective and reactive. After my first session, Quinn stopped pulling on the leash and would walk beside me. After the second session, the air conditioner repair man came into my home to service the air conditioner, and Quinn stayed in her bed as I held her leash. The repair man commented on how much better she behaved (I used to lock her in my room). Quinn now walks past bunnies and does not react to them. I had three sessions with Chill Out Dog Training. The first was at my home with Cameron. The second was at my home with Scott, and the third was at Washington Park with Scott. Cameron and Scott were wonderful. They were patient, kind, and shared a lot of important information with me. It is important that you also do your homework and enforce what you and your dog learn in between sessions. I am very pleased that I chose Chill Out Dog Training to help me train Quinn. I highly recommend them. It was important to me that I found training that would come to me because Quinn has some stomach issues. I could not envision taking her and leaving her somewhere for weeks. Cameron was fantastic with our 7 month old Blue Heeler mix. He helped with her leash pulling and other excited puppy shenanigans. Most importantly, he taught me how to give her the structure she needs to thrive. We've seen such a positive difference, highly recommend!

Bridgette was amazing! Highly recommend her. My dog was unable to walk on a leash. He would lunge at people and other dogs. She was easy to understand and showed us a simple and effective way to stop my dog's pulling. I've tried many dog trainers and she is the first one to help solve this problem. Again, highly recommend her!!!
