Clawson's K-9s with Class

Just had our last follow up after our board & train with John Clawson and our husky puppy Koda. Time for Review: We met with John Clawson about our husky Koda- we ended up doing a 3 week board and train. We were struggling with his obedience, people interaction behavior, and leash skills. Post Training - Everyone, especially our younger children, is enjoying Koda even more because of this investment. Also Koda's follow thru afterwards with commands & respect still amazes us even now more than a month later. Happier dog and Happier family. You might find others who do a good job (we tried others) but John does it better, much better and with more important details like the below: - dog specific training documents/study guides - video(s) almost daily ! - product recommendations based on experience - constant contact and immediate response John’s dedication and passion for his work but also understanding these important animals sets him apart. I was recommended to John through a friend after my dog Jasper had already been through a few basic obedience classes elsewhere. John was very professional with Jasper and was able to communicate to my girlfriend and I the handlers how to train/motivate Jasper and prove he’s a capable good boy instead of just a rude boy. It might not be this way for every dog but after the first session I was excited to take my dog back to John because I could see instant progress and that it wasn’t going to be a waste of time. After 4 private lessons Jasper can go on a walk without pulling me down the street and he is significantly less bold and willing to listen to verbal commands inside the house.

I just finished our group training session with Lexi. I can’t say enough about John. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about dog training. He is very professional and goes above and beyond. He follows through after each class with videos and handouts to reinforce the concepts learned in class. I have gained a great amount of knowledge attending his classes.
