You have never done business with us or used any of our services - your daughter is a former employee and that is why you are leaving a one star review in the middle of the night. 2. Your daughter has received and deposited every paycheck to date. There have been some that have had to be delayed by a week due to the impact the autoworkers strike has had on cash flow, but she HAS gotten and deposited every check. 3. According to our system, your daughter has boarder her dog with us at least 6 times since April. If we are that bad why would she continue to board with us? 4. Every single picture from our daycare web page https://www.cleverk9mi.com/doggy-daycare.html and our boarding page https://www.cleverk9mi.com/dog-boarding.html are ALL pictures we took. There are no 'stock' photos here. In fact, the bottom of the daycare page are daily posts from our Instagram account. Not sure how or why we would fake those. We offer tours of our facility. We clean with bleach and also use hydrogen peroxide to clean. We were told by the many veterinarians that we consulted that these were the two best cleaning agents to use to kill the germs that can get your dog sick. They are used in a ratio that were provided to us by people with college degrees in animal care. 6. There is one review that was left recently by an employee. They stated they are an employee. Everyone else is a client. Unlike the negative reviews you, your wife, and acquaintances are leaving all over social media, they have all used our services.
