FirstBarkDan is the best dog trainer we’ve had! We tried a few companies and no one was as knowledgeable or effective as Dan. We saw a huge improvement with our dog Ginny and we would recommend Coastal K9 to anyone!

Dan takes the time to figure out your dog and train to that dogs personality, strengths, and tendencies. It is not a cookie cutter training that he tries to apply to every dog. I can not say enough good things about Dan and the experiences I have had with him.

Dan with Coastal K9 is phenomenal! He knows dogs, and he knows people. We contacted Dan because our dog (Huxley) suffered from extreme anxiety on leash around other dogs and was skittish around some new people. Throughout our training we learned how to be less reactive, control the situation, and mitigate stressors for Huxley. Huxley improved his walking manners, leash aggression, and overall demeanor. Throughout the process Dan was patient with us and helped give us confidence about what we previously believed to be "unfixable". 5 star, highly recommend.

He really cares about helping you and your baby succeed and getting the most out of the training! People that have met my crazy Lotus before the training really noticed a difference since working with Coastal K9! Highly recommend! Thanks again Dan for a wonderful experience for me and Lotus!
I had a fantastic experience working with Dan. Our pup is so much better off for having worked with him! Dan was communicative, had great advice, was able to trouble shoot any problems we were having, and really provided all of the tools needed to help my pup turn into a great family friend. Would very much recommend!
