Complete K-9

Our Goldendoodle, Lucy, is so sweet and also so wild and crazy!! Haha! We just didn’t know what else to do to calm her down and make her the well mannered dog we wanted; then we found CompleteK9. Coretta has worked wonders on Lucy, and on us!! Lucy is quickly becoming the well mannered puppy we hoped she would be and we are learning how to best handle her. We took her out to eat with us tonight and with a table full of children next to us, Lucy remained calm and in her “down stay”until I released her to play with the kids. We are thrilled with the results so far and are looking forward to going on with the advanced training soon!!

We had a great experience with Complete K-9 Training Services and our trainer Crystal. Our 2 year old corgi (Davy) had been developing increasingly bad behaviors (e.g., lunging and snarling at dogs while on walks). We enrolled Davy in the Basic Obedience course, and were thrilled with not only the results but also with the interaction throughout the process. Crystal and James really took ownership to get to know Davy (as well as his problematic behaviors) prior to the session starting. During the board and train session, we received periodic updates and adorable pictures showing Davy's progress. And afterward, we had super helpful in-person sessions to reinforce the training (that also helped train us as Davy's owners). Now that we are back in Manhattan, I can tell a huge difference. Davy knows how to behave on leash, and rarely (if ever) lunges at other dogs while on his walks; he also no longer pulls us but rather heels to our ankles. We so appreciate the time and effort that Complete K-9 Training Services put into Davy. And, we know Davy enjoyed it as well, given he was excited and happy to see Crystal again in the post-training sessions. We would wholeheartedly recommend Complete K-9 Training Services to others.
