Best decision I made for my dog! I can’t say enough great things about this training experience. From day one, Matthew and his staff were very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping both dogs and owners succeed. My puppy Roxy went from pulling on the leash and not listening, to walking calmly by my side and following commands. Our trainer Michael explained everything clearly and gave me the tools and confidence to keep the progress going at home. They didn’t just train my dog — they taught me how to be a better dog parent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lasting results and a stronger bond with their pup! I highly recommend!

I was referred to Matt @ Control is Key through a co-worker. I learned a lot about using commands, consistency and repetition. We worked in various locations to put what we learned into action. This allowed me to see that my pets were improving. It also shows how they are around other animals and people. Matt & Mike are very knowledgeable and professional. They go out of their way to find out what you want and need and how to get you to the finish line.
Ollie is a Saint Bernard I adopted in July .. came to find out he had ALOT of issues that needed addressed . Ollie is a Saint Bernard I adopted in July .. came to find out he had ALOT of issues that needed addressed . From being a very strong minded dog , to being aggressive w strangers in public and just being very difficult. I was very defeated and not quite sure what to do with him . We had a different trainer that was a fail before I reached out to Matthew at Control Is Key dog training .. I wasn’t even sure if they would take Ollie because he was so bad . I sent Ollie to their two week boot camp with Ashley . I have to say I had little faith .. well he came back a success story . I highly recommend Control Is Key Dog Training . Ashley picked up on his behavior within 4 minutes of being with him. She was professional in keeping in touch w me every day sending videos of work progress they were making . They have made it possible for me to take Ollie in public places and also to have control over a large dog that is very stubborn .
Our experience with Matt and Mike was awesome. They were so patient with us. My husband and I also required training. Bailey was very hesitant in the beginning. We are so pleased with the whole training process. Thanks for a great job. Would highly recommend.
