Thank you Owen and Natalie! The board and train did wonders on Bree. She came home a different puppy. She is still eager to learn and continues doing what is ask of her for love and treats. Owen, the love and care you gave her was amazing. I was not expectg you to bath or groom her, but you did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Copilot Academy (especially Owen) to anyone looking for a dog trainer.

Our dog, Elvis, just completed a 14 day board & train with Trainer Natalie. We are blown away & our experience could not have been better!!! We had multiple daily videos & pictures of Elvis' sessions so we could watch him progress. Natalie went above & beyond with training for new tasks that were identified along our journey. Our 'go-home' training was so in depth and so thorough that we are absolutely confident that we will be able to maintain and build upon Elvis' new skill sets. She really got to know us, what our needs are and was able to set us up for continued success. Elvis has blossomed into the confident, controlled dog that we knew he could be! The new and. Improved Elvis is headed home thanks to Co-pilot Academy!!!

The following is a text I sent to update Natalie on how well our dog is doing. "Hey! Just wanted to let you know. We are still getting awesome reviews for Lilith, Everyone is super impressed with her! All 3 dog sitters (main) and 2 backups. And the mains mother visiting, and the mains neighbor who just got a golden pup.. all view Lilith as the IDEAL dog.. they tell us all the time how well she behaves, walks, and listens.. we recommend co-pilot to them all if they ever get stationed in Killeen! Then when I show off her actual tricks and how well she can heel, right, circle, under, post, and weave they all want to dognap her 😅 We're missing co-pilot, but she still represents the company way out here in NC." We like to update Natalie about every 6 months or so on how we're doing, we're 2 years out from the initial training we did with Copilot and people are still impressed to this day. We tell people about her being the "show dog" for the company because of how docile she is around children and she would get invited to shows and events by copilot because she had the endurance to do it for hours and the patience to be around all the kids and in loud event spaces... We put in a lot of work and hours training her (mostly my wife). But we would have been lost on how to actually train her without Natalie and the program she devised. Lilith is a shining reflection on your professionalism and adaptability of the program.. we are able to add new commands not taught in the course, in about 3 days and Lilith incorporates it into her lexicon of commands.. I had just left the dog sitters house, her and her mother were raving about Lilith, the mother said she wants her golden to behave more like Lilith.. this comment and the many we recieve weekly reminded me of copilot and the awesome work they do. I was proud of her and all of mine and my wifes hard work training her.. and I wanted to thank Copilot again for giving us the tools to have such an amazing dog ❤️

I don’t even know where to begin, we had such a great experience, my dog, and I. We dealt with Natalie, who is extremely knowledgeable and honest she’s a great communicator with anything that I needed help with her training. Tactics are amazing, and definitely geared towards perfection. In the easiest of ways I would always recommend and can only recommend copilot academy especially Natalie. The staff that she has around her is also super friendly. An amazing all of them are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Natalie for the great experience and helping bear and I succeed.
