Hailey was an amazing trainer for Zuko and I. Zuko was reactive to just about everything that walked by us and had very little leash manners. Hailey taught me how to teach and work with Zuko on his problems and now he is doing amazing! With little to no reactivity! I really appreciate and am thankful for Hailey and the team for providing me with the knowledge on how to help Zuko with his problems! Thank you copilot!!

Great place to take your fur-babies! Our 9 month old Sheepadoodle Katie Ann spent 2 weeks there training with Hailey. She had very little confidence, was super impulsive and was hard to manage. The "puppy" force was strong in this one... When we got her back, she had excellent listening skills. She followed so many key commands and was just overall a totally different girl. Not only did they teach her well... they also treated her well. When we picked her up, she almost didn't want to leave Hailey. Any place that can not only teach obedience but do it with love and compassion is excellent in my opinion. Check them out! You will not be disappointed.

We did 3 lessons with Hailey and it has made raising a crazy puppy so much easier! The whole process with Copilot was a breeze. Scheduling the free consultation was as easy as sending an email & I got a quick response with available appointment times. During our consultation, I felt like Hailey really listened to my hopes for what I was hoping to achieve with Oliver & she was very helpful in integrating all that into the 3 private lessons we had. Hailey was great at making private lessons fun and engaging while still having everything we did be a learning opportunity (for both Oliver and I). In between private lessons, any time I had a question about training or tips, Hailey was always willing to answer my questions & never made me feel like I was an annoyance for my millions of questions. Every private lesson was packed full of information from start to finish- we learned leash manners door manners (HUGE help with a golden that just wants to be best friends with everyone), down, place, leave-it, waiting for release before eating meals, a bunch of confidence boosting games and a ton more! Hailey was also really great about giving me tips to and help me not get frustrated with myself and with Oliver during training… puppy training is HARD but with Hailey’s help, we survived it!! After we finished our private lesson we started doing group classes… Oliver LOVES group class. It’s a great way to keep the things Oliver & I learned fresh and for us to continue to work well as a team and learn new things. Plus it’s a great way to get socialization with a variety of dogs which I really think helped round out Oliver’s training. Hailey still is amazing at answering any questions I have to keep up with his training (like refocusing tips as he’s going through his teenage phase). Literally we couldn’t have asked for a better trainer and a better company to train with!
