Country Life K9 Training

Game changer...no, LIFE CHANGER! We weren't sure that investing in this training was the best call for us at first, but I'm glad we did. With a family full of little kids, out dog is now the one that we had imagined when we first got her. We tried ourselves, but with full and busy lives, we just couldn't commit to doing it ourselves consistently. Like many things in life, it's best to leave some things to the professionals. And Country K9 are the best!

Herbie’s training has truly changed our lives in the best way. Since we don’t have a backyard, most of our time outside is spent in the front yard or out exploring together, and having the confidence that he will listen and respond has been life-changing. He now has the freedom to safely be off leash, join us on more adventures, and enjoy calm, relaxing walks without reacting to every animal we pass. It’s brought so much more peace and less stress for all of us. Seeing him run freely, happy and confident, knowing his recall and listening skills allow him to safely enjoy life to the fullest is the best feeling.

Before training, Mac, our mini golden doodle, struggled with some behaviors we did not like. He was a good dog but often did not listen to us and it became a safety concern for him - he would pick up and eat trash on our walks, bolt out of doorways, and resource guard certain treats and toys. We found Lauren's program through a word of mouth, and were hesitant to hand off our baby for an entire month. Lauren and Sarah answered all of our questions and even jumped on the phone with us to talk through exactly what to expect from the program. Post training, Mac is the happiest, funniest, best dog in the world. He still has every bit of his goofy, loving personality, but we can actually communicate with him in a way that keeps him safe. Watching him enjoy life with that level of trust and understanding has been incredible. This training didn’t just change Mac’s life — it changed ours too. We are endlessly grateful and would recommend Country Life K9 to absolutely anyone looking for a happier, safer, more connected relationship with their dog. We will utilize this program for every dog we have for the rest of our lives.
