I adopted my Great Dane from a rescue in June, and after about a month, I realized he had severe anxiety and fear based aggression. He was supposed to be crate trained, but he would try to dig his way out or howl for hours. I felt defeated and sad that I couldn’t give him the safe, calm space he deserved. I contacted Ericka because I didn’t know how to handle the situation. She recommended a 3 week board and train. I was terrified of leaving him for that long, worried he would feel abandoned and become more anxious. But she sent me daily pictures and videos showing his progress. You could literally see his happiness and the confidence he was gaining while in her care. Now I can leave Finn crated while I go to work and he doesn’t howl at all. He no longer shows aggression toward new people. In fact, he enjoys meeting them! While he's still a work in progress on some things, Ericka is always there to give suggestions and guidance. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with, and the dogs absolutely love her. Finn often goes back for play days and gets so excited when he sees her! I cannot recommend Ericka enough. She is amazing at what she does.
