Canine Good Citizen preparationProgram details
This four class package Program teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners. The 10-step CGC test is a non-competitive test for all dogs, including purebreds and mixed breeds. It is a prerequisite for many therapy dog groups and some homeowner’s insurance companies and apartment complexes over discounts on pet rent if you have this certification. This class includes a free test and certification through the American Kennel Club!

This four class package provides an opportunity for your dog to socialize with other dogs. In classes aimed at earning the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy distinction, you’ll be able to get information on all of your puppy-raising questions including house training, chewing, and the most effective way to teach practical skills such as coming when called. This is a 2-week board and train program designed to help dogs that have trouble with obedience, impulse control, and reactivity. We use training sessions, activity logs, as well as fitness and sleep trackers to make sure they are well rested and well exercised! By the end of two weeks, you will go home with a well-behaved dog, a training log of their improvements, and a plan for their future! In this program we work on the following: loose leash walking, sit, down, recall, impulse control, jumping, counter-surfing, mouthing, nipping, and more!
This is a 3-week board and train program designed to help dogs that have trouble with aggression, social issues, and reactivity. Similar to our 2-week program, your dog will have daily training sessions, activity logs, as well as fitness and sleep trackers in order to monitor progress and make sure they are well rested and well exercised! The main difference for our 3-week program is that it gives us an extra week to help get to the root of the issues with aggression and social disorders. This time allows the dog to get comfortable in its new environment so that we can identify what is causing the unwanted behaviors. In this program we work on the following: aggression, food and/or resource guarding, separation anxiety, severe fear issues, reactivity on-leash, and everything else listed in our 14-day program!

AKC Community CanineProgram details
This four class package is the next step for your dog after AKC Urban Canine. To earn the CGCA title, the dog must be registered or listed with AKC and have a Canine Good Citizen title on record. In AKC Community Canine, dogs can earn the CGCA (Advanced CGC) title. The goal of AKC Community Canine is to test the dog’s skills in a natural setting. For example, rather than the dog being tested in a ring, in AKC Community Canine, the “walks through a crowd” test item will involve the dog walking through a real crowd at a dog show, on a busy sidewalk, at a training club or in a local park. This class includes a free test and certification through the American Kennel Club!
AKC Urban CanineProgram details
This four class package is the next step for your dog after Canine Good Citizen Class. AKC Urban Canine requires that the dog demonstrates CGC skills and beyond in an urban setting. As with Canine Good Citizen, AKC Urban Canine has a 10-step test of skills that dogs must pass to earn the official AKC Urban CGC title. This was our first time using any sort of boarding facility for our new 4 month old puppy so we were pretty nervous. However, once we met Don our minds were at ease. It was clear the dogs are his top priority. He also is very communicative and we received updates (with photos and videos) daily! We opted for some one on one training and came home to a much more obedient pup! Don goes above and beyond and has even answered some training questions after the fact. We absolutely recommend Don to all of our friends and have already booked some puppy daycare with Don next month! We think Simon misses the spectacular amenities Don has to offer.

Our two dogs (Ash & Tiller) just spent 10 days with Don while we were on vacation. Not only did Don take great care of them in our absence, but he reinforced the training skills they learned with him during their initial training. The facility is top notch with air conditioned areas for the dogs as well as five star sleeping quarters, which is perfect for our spoiled dogs. Don is so caring and gave them so much love they barely wanted to get in the car to go home. Don is very good at what he does and we will be taking them back to CCC on our next time out of town. Don is wonderful!

Crafty Canine Club is fantastic. They cared for my dog (Maddie) while I was traveling. Don kept me updated with fun pictures and videos. I am very comfortable leaving my dog with him. I am sure Maddie would also say she loved it - it was a fun oasis for her. I will use Crafty Canine Club for all future boardings! Highly recommend.

My dog was very scared of other dogs and also experienced separation anxiety. When she saw other dogs she would act out defensively. Within 2 days she was playing with the other dogs and was in the yard with the entire group! The second time I dropped her off she was so excited to be there she could care less that I was even leaving. 10/10 would recommend this facility. Don does an amazing job with the pups and really goes above and beyond.

As a owner of a 7 month old puppy, I was a little apprehensive about boarding her for the first time. Drew was so helpful and accommodating, allowing me to come visit and tour the facility before dropping her off. The frequent updates and videos while we were gone were great! I can’t thank Drew enough for making our first boarding experience a positive one! We will definitely be back.
