Our yellow lab, Chip, was nervous and reactive from the day we met him—something we found very unusual for his breed. After months of trying different techniques at home with little success, a friend recommended we bring him to Cranks Canines. We are SO glad we did! Within just a few sessions, we noticed a remarkable difference in Chip’s behavior. Both Gene and Jen are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about dogs and dog training. Gene explained everything in a way we could easily understand, teaching us how to properly correct and reward behaviors and how to use the training tools effectively. The progress Chip has made is truly astounding. It’s been almost a month since we finished our sessions, and friends who’ve known him since he was a puppy can’t stop commenting on how much better behaved he is now. His listening skills have improved tenfold, and his nervous energy has significantly decreased. Gene and Jennifer genuinely care about every dog they work with and treat them like their own. They are exceptional people, and we have so much respect and appreciation for them. We will continue to recommend their services!!
