My husband and I took our German Shepherd puppy to meet Phyllis. Phyllis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the behavior of Sammi. Her welcoming personality put us at ease. She was patient with us. Not only did she demonstrate each command, she fully explained the how and why as well. She was gracious with her time, making sure we were comfortable with each command. We look forward to further training with her and her wealth of knowledge. We highly recommend Phyllis and Crosswinds K-9.

Had a great experience teaching my shelter dog some basic commands. She was able to take my dog from difficult to walk on a leash to very easy to walk in just one session. Additionally, she does a great job giving you the tools needed to improve all aspects of your dogs behavior. The class was worth every penny and I would fully recommend to anyone looking to improve their dogs behavior.

Phyllis was amazing, such a great learning experience for our family! She was great at identifying specific traits and characteristics of our dog to help us learn what she needs from us to be a successful companion. Definitely recommend a training session!

Phyllis did absolutely wonderful teaching myself and my pup (Bentley!!) I learned so much on how to be a better owner to Bent and how to guide him to be a better dog. Also, the price is great! Highly recommend her!
