I got her from friend that he was a friend with there people that the y keep her in the basement an they was moving an told they mail the paper to him an havent did it

Although I had done my fair share of research on how to train a puppy, I knew a German Shepherd would take some extra help to ensure he didn't scare anyone. The staff here were extremely helpful, explaining every piece of the training process and giving advice for once we got home. Within minutes I saw changes in my puppy and am extremely grateful for her guidance. I've already told numerous other new puppy owners about her training.
Very knowledgeable and incredible place to train. Would suggest anyone who whats top quality training to attend.

Phyllis is phenomenal. I took my 2 1/2 yr old GSD who was having fear issues which amped up to him snarling and growling at me every day. She straightened him out within 45 minutes to 1 hour. I am now his Alpha. The day after we went to her he did everything I told him spot on. I train him 3x/day, 1 hour in the morning and 2 half hrs in the afternoon. My life has changed so much for the better. I can't wait until i can learn more from this exceptional woman! Her pricing $ is very good. You can not fail if you go to her unless you really don't want to learn how to have a happy household.
I couldn’t believe how much my German Shepherd puppy and I had learned in just an hour and a half!! Her wealth of knowledge about dogs and their behavior is unbelievable! I highly recommend Crosswinds K9 to anyone searching for dog obedience class. I am looking forward to joining the Wednesday evening classes and continuing our training.
