Dances with Dogs

My partner and I reached out to Brittany to help with our very anxious and reactive pup, Lennie, who struggles with anyone other than me and my partner. Brittany has been an incredibly patient and wonderful trainer, helping Lennie build a level of confidence that we didn't know would be possible when we started. Not only has the training been great for Lennie, but it's also been great for us to learn the skills to support her when she is anxious or starts reacting. I highly recommend Brittany as a trainer!

My partner and I have been working with Brittany to help integrate our 3 dogs into a new living situation. Brittany is extremely thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable about positive reinforcement training. She takes her time to understand the personalities of each dog, which has been key. One of our 3 dogs is very anxious and another has resource guarding issues, so I was worried we would not be able to find a trainer who understood the complexities of managing these types of issues. Thankfully, we found Brittany to help and after a few sessions, the dogs are visibly more comfortable around each other. Highly recommend!

Brittany has been the key component in training our high-energy, now 8-month old Belgian Shepherd/Lab/Terrier/Beagle mix. At 4 months, our pup was a skittish and distrustful and we needed LOTS of guidance. Brittany has a calm, common-sense approach and had great ideas to easily train commands. She listens closely to our concerns about behavior, and always has great insight and suggestions. She clearly has a way with dogs, as well as they owners! We really enjoy working with her and its made a huge difference for our new addition.
