DareDevil Dog Training

I can’t say enough good things about DareDevil! The trainer Jess worked with me and my dog Stevie and not only trained Stevie but showed me how to continue to enforce the training re issues she was having with leash walking, jumping, eating trash off the sidewalk 🥴, and overall manners on the city streets. I never felt judged for where Stevie was at when she started her training and Jess has made herself available for any questions or concerns I have even after Stevie’s program is over. Jess was amazing with Stevie and you can tell how much she, Alyssa, and Sami love the dogs they work with. Worth every penny and would recommend to anyone looking for a trainer. The training has truly helped me become so much more comfortable and confident handling Stevie and make our walks and venturing out something I can look forward to rather than stress over.

My husband and I turned to DareDevil as a last resort for our 1yr old bernedoodle who was scared of everything. She is a solid 60lbs and refused to walk in daylight on the city streets for fear of bikes, cars, and people. Living in center city, this had an incredible impact on our lives (and our marriage!). We sent Dottie off for 3 weeks and while we we saw her progress on their instagram, we were still doubtful it would translate to us. Now we are 3 weeks out and I am still amazed at how much progress Dottie made! She is still nervous and cautious, but she walks easily out the door for every walk. She listens when called and most importantly, she is a happier and healthier dog (not to mention our marriage is better too!) I would recommend DareDevil to anyone looking for an extremely high quality dog trainer that builds a personal connection with each dog and dog parent. Dottie got a training program designed for her needs and the results continue to show!

We can’t say enough good things about Alyssa and her team at Daredevil! She is open and communicative, and provided great updates of how our our pup was doing, along with any challenges or wins from that day’s training. She was able to quickly identify some reactivity issues in our dog that we hadn’t picked up on, and worked with us to extend the length of our program to give our pup the tools she needed to succeed. After a 3 week board and train with Alyssa and daredevil dog training our 6 year old dog (pitbull lab Doberman mix) has learned how to be more calm, relaxed, and controlled in a multitude of everyday and novel, potentially high stress situations. His separation anxiety has immensely improved in addition to his reactivity on and off leash. Walks are now enjoyable thanks to his reliable listening skills and loose leash and heel walking. Our confidence as owners has also improved allowing us to be more comfortable during daily or new fun activities. We can’t thank them enough for helping us! Their services and guidance have truly been life changing!
