We have a small dog that was very reactive when out for a walk. It was embarrassing trying to deal with him while also trying to convince people he wasn’t a mean dog! Brittney proved extremely helpful in adjusting our behaviour and his. The results have been great and our dog responds very well to the training. There’s no fear or punishment involved. He’s happy, we’re happy and our neighbors have noticed how much better he is on the leash. Walking him is much more enjoyable. Brittney also kept him for a week while we were away and she sent videos of him with the other dogs in her care. He seemed to be having a good time socializing. We definitely recommend Dawg Boss.

DawgBoss and I have been working together for years and it’s been so amazing! She is so reliable and dependable and absolutely knows her stuff. I breed Poodles and she’s been such an asset to me in helping me evaluate the temperament of puppies, provide training for puppy families once puppies go home, and general support. Highly Highly Recommend! My 4 year old Golden Doodle was regressing a bit in behavior and, as a pregnant mother of a toddler, I was getting overwhelmed on the daily. The Dawg Boss trainers came in for an evaluation within days and didn’t try to up sell me at all on any of their programs - just recommended 3 home visits. I can’t believe the change in my dog’s behavior! I am so relieved knowing that I can bring my baby home soon and not have to worry about my dog continuing to act out. Their methods are gentle, simple to implement, and just make a tremendous amount of sense. Also scheduling was easy and very flexible. Working around the holidays/cold and flu season I had to reschedule a few times- the trainers were understanding and very quick with communication. Huge shout out to Brittany and Julia- both are tremendous at what they do!

Great local business to support with professionals who really care about the dogs they work with and their owners. DeSoto came to me as an 8 month old, 70lb rescue doberman puppy with very limited foundation and exposure. After a few short weeks of working with Julia he has made significant progress and he’s still learning more and more every day! He is on the path to becoming a well-adjusted, happy and confident dog who will be able to explore much of what the world has to offer. I’m very happy to be able to work with Dawg Boss and am so grateful to have their support!
