Each time I communicated with or utilized Ben to help train our Knox, it was clear he really knows what he’s doing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain not just what to do, but why it works—which made a huge difference for me. He’s friendly, professional, and has a natural way with both people and animals that immediately puts you at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares and is passionate about what he does. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly understands dogs and communicates in a way that actually sticks. He always went above and beyond spending extra time and effort to create those lasting relationships with both the dog and the dog owner. He takes the time to get to know you and you dog to best understand your needs. I can't say enough good things about this guy! Truly!
