Digman Canine Academy

Like other reviewers, I'm finding it difficult to find the right words to express my gratitude to Claire at Digman Canine Academy. I reached out to Claire in the spring (2021) and we started working together in mid-April with my 1 year old Black Lab, Tess. I wanted Tess to be able to experience the whole world, to be able to take her to parks, lakes, friend's houses, the extended care facility where my mom lives, on vacations, to be able to have friends over and not have her all over them, basically I wanted to learn how to teach Tess to enjoy and experience a "great dog life" because she is a great (!) dog. And that is exactly what Claire taught me how to do. It's not overstating to say, Claire changed Tess' life ~ and mine. Claire makes what you need to know to teach your dog the things they need to know ~ easy, doable, and most of all, it's clear she cares. Thank you so much Claire. If there were 6 stars ..... :-)

Apollo (German Shorthair Pointer) and I have been going to Claire and Bill since he has been about 4 months old. We've participated in group classes, a 3 week stay and train, and the Sporting Dog Program. Apollo loves training at Digman's and looks forward to working with Bill weekly on hunting and retrieving. The facilities are kept extremely clean and the trainers treat the dogs incredibly well. Any time I am out of town I always leave Apollo with Digman's. The Sporting Dog Program has been incredible and Bill really takes pride in the work that he does. We've been working towards entering Apollo in AKC Retriever Tests in 2024 and I have no doubt that we will be well prepared with the guidance their team provides. I can not recommend them enough.
