FirstBarkSteve did an excellent job with our two dogs, Raven and Carli. Was able to help with walking and obedience with Raven and crate training, obedience, and training collar with Carli. He was extremely helpful and patient with both of the dogs and us. Would highly recommend and we appreciate everything he did for us.

This program is ideal for clients wanting an accelerated training program and/or who are not able to commit to a consistent training schedule. Your dog stays with us for their training where we will accomplish a lot of training in a short period of time.

Wonderful very knowledgeable in his training. Would highly recommend. He made my little rescue doggie a pleasure to be around by showing me what was needed. Clara Belle was so unpredictable in her behavior and not such a pleasure to be around was thinking of rehoming her because of her unpredictable behavior now she’s a joy to be around. He’s the dog whisperer and we so appreciate his service to us as well as our fur baby.

My husband and I's dog training experience with Steve was wonderful. My husband and I reached out to Steve after we rescued a dog off of a street here in Dayton back in March. We worked endlessly with our new rescue and needed a little expertise to get us to that next stage. We also needed help with bonding with one of our other dogs. Steve always made us feel hopeful during and post our sessions. He was gentle, calm, and knowledgeable. By the end of the 10 sessions, our new dog is sitting patiently like a little gentleman and playing endlessly with his brothers. They are all getting along great now and will not leave each others side. Highly recommend if you need some training. Steve was great.
Steve has a positive attitude with people and dogs. He has worked with both of mine (Spike and Aero) and training was calm and in small enough segments so neither the dog or I were overwhelmed. The dogs responded well and I feel much better about their behavior. Lots of personal attention for the pups.

Steve has recently helped us with some reactive behavior with our Great Dane mix. While we are still very much a work in progress we are seeing positive results after a few sessions. Steve does a great job of finding ways to make things click with you and your dog. We now have the tools to be able to take our dog out into public comfortably and give him to support and discipline he needs to be successful. We still have a long road ahead but if you are stressed about a reactive dog please call him. He’s provided a lot of sound advice and was able to communicate all our options with an unbiased view that didn’t make us feel like terrible dog parents.
