The team at Dogs by Andy is great! We brought home Cora, a Papillon puppy, last year and she was so reactive to other dogs. We have been bringing her in for training regularly with Eriq and she has improved so much. More importantly, Eriq has trained us to know how to train Cora. She has learned to listen to us, and we can actually take her with us when we travel or go out somewhere and not worry about her going crazy barking at other dogs. We also utilize their day boarding services occasionally and Cora loves going to spend the day with them. Lauren is amazing - We love her. The whole team is the best! Lastly, their facility is so clean! Highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things! They have been patient with me, my dog and kids while training our GSP. I appreciate being held accountable for training. Also, this is the only place I board her now. Lauren at the front desk is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I know that when I have to travel with our family that our dog is taken care, loved, training reinforced and just has a good time!

UPDATE: Let me be clear: no one from your facility ever contacted me to inform me that my dog, Rocky, was injured. The first and only message I received was a text from Eriq with a photo of Rocky and a comment about how well he was doing. That’s when I noticed visible cuts on his nose and had to reach out myself. Eriq then falsely claimed Rocky arrived that way—which is simply not true. Rocky was uninjured when I dropped him off. The second time I found out he was injured was only because I called for an update. Again, no one from your team contacted me. Two separate injuries, zero proactive communication—how is that acceptable? Now you’re suggesting Rocky is mentally unstable or “unable to handle a kennel environment”? He’s a five-month-old puppy. Puppies need training, structure, and patience. If your staff wasn’t equipped to handle a reactive puppy, that should’ve been made clear during my in-person visit at the end of week one. That was your opportunity to raise concerns—not after a second injury and only because I started asking questions. Instead, you continued the program, knowing Rocky was struggling and “injuring himself,” and still never contacted me. That is negligence, plain and simple. Regarding the refund: the receptionist acknowledged it wasn’t full and just shrugged when I asked. No one expressed real concern about what Rocky experienced under your care. I didn’t push for a full refund or vet reimbursement at the time because I was focused on getting my dog treated. But let’s be honest: what you issued wasn’t a kind gesture—it was the bare minimum, and it wasn’t enough. I left honest reviews based on my experience, not to harm your business but to inform other pet owners. If your company can’t accept feedback from a client whose puppy was injured twice under your care without notification, that says more about your values than it does about mine. Four days later, I got shocking photos from Eriq showing Rocky with wounds on his snout and near his eye. Eriq lied, claiming Rocky “arrived that way” and that he told me at drop-off — but he wasn’t even there. No one mentioned injuries because there were NONE. After my wife confronted him, Eriq stopped responding. When I went in ready to pick Rocky up, the owner Andy made excuses about “confusing dogs” and claimed Rocky hurt himself on the cage. He assured me it wouldn’t happen again and convinced me to leave him there. I regret trusting him. Fast forward to August 7th (the second week of the four week program) — I called for an update (because I hadn't heard anything) and was told Rocky was injured again and needed to be picked up. On August 8th I arrived to find Rocky limping on three paws, with a deep fresh cut on his forehead and more cuts on his nose. This facility hides behind glowing, misleading reviews.
