Do the trainers at your facility use e-collars on the dogs?
Yes they use e-collars. It comes at week 5 of the 10 week off leash program. They take the time to thoroughly explain and show you what is going on with the collars. It is not in any way inhumane!! This was by far the best investment that we made in our dog....so much so that when we got our second puppy, I am currently going through the 10 week off leash program with him as well!!! To me, there is no higher praise that I can give someone other than repeat business!

Yes they use e-collars. It depends on the season that the dog is currently in as to if they are in the e-collar stage. We just completed our 10 week session and we could not be happier.

We got a German Shepherd from Larry Phan. Chili took your course on 06/ 2016. We didn't we receive much paper work. Can he be re-enrolled with your school and do you have any paperwork showing he is a pure bred? Maureen

Dogs by Andy's is AWESOME. We've had our dogs trained here, and we drive 5+hours to have them boarded here. They are very professional, caring and loving!!!! We will always use them as a trainer or boarding services. Lauren is the absolute best!!!

If you want control of your dog this is the place to go, I worked with trainer Rebecca on the training of my dog on and off leash and couldn't be happier with the results. They said id be able to walk my dog through shopping centers without a leash by the end of the 10 week course, i didnt believe it at first but by the end i had full confidence that this was possiable as we did it with ease. Even after the very first training session there was a massive change in the control i had over my dog. My dog still acts like a dog but i am able to effectively communicate with him on what i need from him on and off leash. This allows him more freedoms as i can trust he will respond correctly when i request it. Bad behaviors like jumping on the counters, stealing things for attention and more were easily corrected while working with my trainer she armed me with the tools and knowledge on how to work with my dog appropriately. Every single person ive spoken to here has treated me with nothing but kindness every step of the way. If you want a properly trained dog by people who will love them as much as you do this is 1000% the place to go, if i got another dog, no doubt in my mind id go back.

As a result we were very comfortable in having our girl trained and boarded for 3+ weeks. Brooklyn made remarkable strides and graduated with honors (smile) .
