Dogs Got Class® Dog Training

We have been training our dog Enzo with Helena since we brought him home as a puppy, and she has helped with every phase of his 2 years. We worked on basic puppy skills and manners and did some troubleshooting with some early fears he had (stairs were his kryptonite). Her style is 100% positive and she is a great teacher of dog behavior and psychology. Understanding what's going on in Enzo's head makes his actions make much more sense! These days we are working on preparing Enzo for a (human) baby brother - we're working on better leash skills around the stroller, staying calm around people and dogs on walks, and his manners around the house. Helena is great to work with because she is so available for pop in visits between sessions or quick phone calls about questions that pop up about your dog's behavior or how training is going between sessions. And Enzo just adores "the cheese lady!"

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give Helena! I absolutely 100% recommend anyone who has a dog to hire her. I worked with her from when my puppy was 10 weeks old to now he’s a year and a half and I can not stress how important she was in my dog, Larrys, development. Not only did she help train my dog, but more importantly she trained me to be the best dog dad I can be to Larry. Everywhere I take Larry I get complimented on what a well behaved dog I have and I owe it all to her. Also, her training goes beyond just me and my dog. Seeing how well behaved he is when he’s around my parents and family warms my heart and has brought our family closer together because of it!! I can not begin to describe how thankful I am of Helena for helping me raise my best friend and I highly recommend anyone who has a dog to work with her!!
