I started off with the assessment and the trainer recommended the 3 week board and train program and I was quite hesitant at first. My dog had never been away from home- not even for boarding. After reviewing the program outline, I decided to go for it and I am so glad that I did. Dori and Alicia stayed in touch with me through phone calls, emails and pictures. They updated me on what he was learning and what they would do next. At our mid point training session, I was totally shocked! Chippy is a totally different dog!!!! He is calm, obedient and an overall pleasure! They showed me how to handle him, the words to use and outlined a suggested proper schedule for him when he returned home. Chippy has been home almost a month now and he is doing great! I am so happy with the results!!!
