Pam is amazing. Promptly got in touch with me, came out to meet us within 24 hours, and gave clear, effective suggestions. She really listened to our concerns, and within the consult hour made enormous differences. It’s like I have two brand new dogs! If I were reading a review like this I would be skeptical - “yeah right, all fixed in an hour” - trust me, the difference is shocking. I feel very confident we can extinguish the unwanted behaviors and train both dogs well in the future. No owner-shaming for the dumb things we (inadvertently) did to get to this point. No hard sell for additional lessons, but I want more - if they are as helpful as the first one they will be worth every penny. I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t call her sooner!
