It feels like they gave me back a different dog. We went from a chaotic, nipping, accidents-in-the-house type dog to a dog who will sit in one place calmly while I'm able to give the kids a bath. Since he's come back, he hasn't had one potty accident. Prior to his training, he was addicted to eating my kids socks, and the vet reminded me that the cost of a training program would be less than the cost of removing a blockage, so after reviewing several programs, I chose Ducktown because Lucinda and Sara seemed like they really prioritized the dog's well-being and happiness, while also training them to be well-behaved members of the home. Since returning, he will see a sock, give it a sniff, and then walk away. They sent a lot of pictures/videos showing progress and were very communicative. They even kept our dog a couple of extra days to make sure that they got things right with him (he's a stubborn guy). And what I LOVE is that the kennel is right next door to their home, so someone is always nearby if your pup had an emergency after hours. Very happy with our choice!
