Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine,
Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work.

I recently got a retired k9 to rehab several months ago and decided to try dogtra for him and had the worst experience. The collars were absolute trash and the customer service was beyond appalling. It was horrific.
I finally worked up the nerve to call e collar tech and ask for help picking out what I needed for this dog and they immediately jumped and custom built this dog a system directly for him. Vanessa is who helped me and she was possibly the kindest person I have spoken to in a very long time. I’m so so so delighted and excited about my collar system coming for this dog. It’s such a huge relief and amount of stress off my back.

The e-collar me-300 stopped working after a year. It would not even turn on. I put aside as I am signing my dog up with a new trainer, and now it is past warrantee. Customer service offered a meager coupon code. Such a device should last a lot longer than a year. Will not buy again from company.

It is an amazing product and I've recommended it to so many dog owners for training and safety purposes.
